Exploring The Best Restaurants in North Carolina

Hi friends! I hope each of you are having a wonderful week.

I love reading the News and Observer, Raleigh’s main newspaper, every year they put together a list of the best restaurants in North Carolina, many of which I have tried.

I also LOVE trying new food, new cuisine and experiencing a fresh take on a classic entree, so I thought it would be fun to work my way down the list of the News and Observer’s picks for the best restaurants in North Carolina this year. As I complete the list I will update this blog post and even add a few more restaurants from other cities in North Carolina that are not in the Triangle.

I will also add my comments and thoughts as to what I liked and disliked about each restaurant.
